Founder’s Message

Dear Members and Friends,

I am Anil Kaushik, the founder of Synergyshot Air Gun Shooting Association of India. It is my honor and privilege to welcome you to our association, where we strive to promote the sport of air gun shooting and marksmanship across our great nation.

I have dedicated my life to the development of sports in India. My journey began with achieving an Intermediate educational qualification, followed by earning a Black Belt II Dan in Judo at Kullu in 1989 and a Black Belt VIII Dan in Karate from the Karate Association of India in 2018.

Synergyshot AGSAI is more than an association; it is a movement to educate and train individuals in the art and science of marksmanship. Our aim is to foster a culture of excellence, safety, and responsibility in air gun shooting sports. We provide training in various shooting disciplines, organize state and national championships, and support para shooters to ensure inclusive participation.

Through our efforts, we aspire to establish state and district rifle associations, open training centers, and organize national and international events. Our programs cater to all age groups, from sub-juniors to senior masters, encouraging everyone to embrace the sport and develop their skills.

I invite you to join us in our mission to elevate the standards of air gun shooting in India.
